Ages 10+
Our main class is filled with a variety of activities to work the whole body, and others that work on perfecting boxing skills and techniques. With help from your co-boxers and coaches, we will help you to reach your full potential with hard work, consistency, and positivity. Good music, laughter, and fun whilst consistently getting the job done!
